The check-in process was painfully slow, making us feel unwelcome from the start. We found our suite to be in a deplorable state, with a strong smell and hair everywhere. The shower's water pressure was shockingly low, and adjusting the temperature was a nightmare, leaving us unable to freshen up properly during our stay.

hipotels hipocampo palace & spa is a beautiful hotel with high-quality decor and spacious double rooms. it’s just a short walk to the beach, making it easy to enjoy the sun and then cool off in the huge outdoor pool. the breakfast and dinner buffets are spectacular, with countless meal options. the restaurant staff were also very friendly and attentive, which made our dining experiences delightful.

During our stay, we loved the evening entertainment, especially the gala dinner on Fridays, which was a delightful experience. The kids enjoyed the activities organized by the entertainment team, and my fiancé and I appreciated the spacious pool area, making our days relaxing.

My kids wished for more family entertainment options during our visit. It would be great if they offered additional kids' activities outside high season.

It can get a bit noisy during the day with kids playing in the pool area and cleaning activities starting early morning. Unfortunately, there was a coffee pod charge after the first day, which felt a bit greedy given the room rate. All things considered, this hotel had many highlights but left some room for improvement, especially with the indoor facilities and sunbed availability.

This hotel suits me perfectly with its amazing spa services, friendly staff, and outdoor swimming pool. I remember on my first stay, they helped me with my suitcases. I highly recommend a visit for a relaxing experience.

We had an amazing week at this beautiful hotel! The food was incredible, especially the freshly prepared meats. definitely one of the best dining experiences I've had. I also loved the comfortable sun loungers by the lovely pool, and the cabana we rented was beyond worth it. I would absolutely return again for the fantastic culinary showcase and the perfect relaxation environment.
